Cinderhill House, St. Briavels
The accommodation
Cinderhill House is a lovely old house set into the hillside below St. Briavels Castle with wonderful views of the Wye Valley. We have 3 double en suite rooms in the house – all with queen or king sized beds and in Cider Cottage there is a 4 poster. We offer great hospitality and food, mostly locally sourced.
And for breakfast…
We have a reputation for great breakfasts with a choice of fruit compotes, local yoghurts and cereals followed by local home cured bacon, award winning sausages and black pudding produced and supplied by Mr Chris Peters of White & Miller in Coleford. There are mushrooms, tomatoes, fried bread, fried potatoes and eggs and bread to choose from (with a choice of fried, poached or scrambled eggs) and finished off with white / brown toast served with home made marmalade, home made jam and local honey.
